Urban Fit Crew Bootcamp
Our classes are both indoor & Outdoors for the winter months (October until end of March) and all outdoors for summer period (April to September including Bank Holidays).
Indoor classes are in Our Ladys School, Templeogue and the Outdoor classes on the Astro Pitches at Inspire Fitness, Navan Rd. We are outdoors every Saturday morning year round. See drop down link under Bootcamp “Find us” to view maps of the locations.
The session caters for people from 20 years to 60+ and for all fitness levels. Our trainers will push you to work at your level and beyond!
The sessions are planned to ensure that you raise your metabolism which allows you to burn lots of calories and build muscle. Remember muscle burns calories!
Whether you need to lose Weight, Sculpt & Tone, or need a new fitness challenge to get you out of your same old workout routine, we can get you there. This class will involve lots of cardio-exercise, body resistance workout, flexibility training, and fun games to keep you moving for the hour.
We organise saturday morning hikes in the Dublin and Wicklow mountains during the year. We take part in races around the country. Regardless if you want to run, walk, or just watch you’re welcome to join us.
What do the classes consist of?
We love to do interval and relay type training, where you work hard for a period followed by a rest period then repeat. Studies have shown that this is more effective than slow continuous running.
We also work on upper and lower body strength with core work on the abdominals.
We aim to train you to compete in upcoming races from 5k to marathon level.
Our trainers will advice you on running technique and posture, nutrition, and what runners and clothing to wear.
Most importantly, the training sessions will be set at your level to ensure maximum progression.
We will split you into beginners, intermediate and advanced. This allows you to get motivated and also encourage fellow runners at your level.
If you don’t want to compete in races still come along for a great all over body work out!
