What we do in the session

We have 12 punch bags, speed balls, chin up bars, skipping ropes and medicine balls that combine to give you one hell of  a circuit based workout. We provide gear but recommend that you buy your own boxing gloves.

Don't worry if you never boxed before, we put all our new members through a 6 week training program working on technique, form and footwork.
