Couch to 10Km
Here at Urbanfitcrew, we want to get this city running. We are really lucky that currently every month from April until sept/october there is a huge variety of events on in this country from adventure races to road races, even a night-time event.

The programs will be designed to get you moving slowly and week by week building up stamina, endurance and speed. It’s always easier training in a group. The hardest part can often be in getting to the park and togging off.
