Mens Boxing Terenure
I am running at mixed session at 8.00pm every Monday & Thursday for the
September -October block, get in touch if interested
This is 1 hour group training sessions for lads looking to get into shape and build muscle. Most of lads are aged from mid 20’s up to mid 50’s.
Don’t worry if you have never boxed before as we will show you the basic techniques and pair you up with a person of similar ability.
- You don't need a partner to join in, we will pair you with a member.
- We work on improving boxing technique on the gloves & pads
- We work on improving strength, mobility and enurance
- We have a positive environment where we support one another
- We help lads to lose weight, get stronger and feel better about yourself
Sessions are taken by 2017 Celtic Cup 81 KG finalist Conor Gallagher and Urbanfitcrew IABA coach Richie Doran
The session is not only about boxing as we focus upperbody and core drills to build muscle and give you better definition. We teach you body-weight drills that you can do at home or part of your training program in the gym.
The core principal of the session is to help lads that may have got into a rut and not trained for a while get back on track and also enjoy the banter that goes with being involved with team training.
After week 2 the doors close until the next block and with a max of 20 per group register today as places fill up fast.

Session is for 60 minutes with a full body workout
All equipment provided including head gear but absolutely essential to bring mouth guard and wrist bands. We sell boxing gloves on pre order only for €30 which would be advisable.
